Contact form
A contact page section with a form and optional contact details block.

Contact form combines a Shopify contact form with an optional Contact information block — phone, email, address copy, and social icons.
Arrange the blocks
Two block slots:
- Form — the actual contact form (submissions email your store).
- Contact information — icon, heading, phone, email, rich text, and Show social media icons (pulls from Theme settings > Social media).
Default preset puts the form first; swap order by dragging blocks.
Style the form
Form block: Button style and Visibility settings.
Contact information block: full Header settings-style fields for the info column. See Contact information block for detail.
Other settings
Section Header settings — "Contact us" heading by default. Color scheme, Padding settings, Visibility settings, Width settings.
