Video

The Video section displays one video with playback controls and optional poster image. Use it for brand films, tutorials, or campaign footage without a text column.

Add the video

Under Video settings:

• Video service URL — paste a YouTube or Vimeo link.
• Shopify-hosted video — upload a file from Content > Files instead.
• Video poster image — thumbnail shown before play.
• Max video width — 0 for full width; higher values constrain the player.

Control playback

• Autoplay video — starts on load (muted autoplay is typical).
• Loop video and Mute video.
• Show video player controls — turn off for a cleaner look; overlay settings then appear for a play-button treatment.

Set proportions and caption

Section height, Aspect ratio, and mobile equivalents work like the Image section. Add an on-video Caption with adjustable text size.

When Max video width is set, alignment settings position the player within the section.

Other settings

Show header for a title above the video. Color scheme, Padding settings, Visibility settings, and Width settings.
