Homage is a paid theme — support comes from the theme developer, not Shopify's free-theme design team.

Open docs or contact support

  1. Go to Online Store > Themes.
  2. Click Customize on Homage.
  3. Open Theme actions (top bar).
  4. Choose View documentation or Get support.

Documentation covers theme settings, sections, and common tasks. Support handles bugs, setup questions, and guidance on built-in settings.

What support typically covers

  • Questions about Homage settings and sections
  • Troubleshooting theme behavior
  • Guidance on using the theme editor

Support does not include custom code, third-party app integration, checkout edits, image retouching, or changes to themes with heavy code modifications.

Supported browsers

Homage targets current versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge (desktop), and Mobile Safari, Chrome Mobile, and Samsung Internet. Test major changes in your target browsers before publishing.

Shopify's general theme guides live at help.shopify.com/manual/online-store/themes. App issues go to the app developer via Settings > Apps and sales channels > Get support.
