Blog post management

Blog content is managed in Shopify admin. The theme controls how posts look via templates and the Blog post section.

Schedule a post

1. Go to Online Store > Blog posts.
2. Open a post (or create one).
3. Click Set visibility date and pick date and time.
4. Click Save.

Publish or unpublish in bulk

1. On Blog posts, check the posts you want.
2. Click Actions.
3. Choose Publish selected blog posts or Unpublish selected blog posts.

Use a custom article template

For a unique layout on specific posts:

1. Online Store > Themes > … > Edit code.
2. In Templates, Add a new template > type article.
3. Customize and save.
4. On each post, pick the template from the Theme template dropdown.

Prefer the theme editor when possible — see Blog post and Blog post sidebar. Template coding is optional.

Assign a template to a whole blog

Online Store > Blog posts > Manage blogs — choose the blog, set Theme template, save. All posts in that blog inherit it unless a post overrides.
