Visibility settings

The Visibility settings group appears on most sections and many blocks. It's the quickest way to build different layouts for phone and desktop without maintaining two separate pages.

Hide a section on mobile

1. Select the section.
2. Under Visibility settings, set Visibility to Hide on mobile.

The section still shows on desktop. On phones, it's gone entirely.

Hide a section on desktop

Set Visibility to Hide on desktop when you want something mobile-only — a shorter promo banner, a simplified hero, or a layout tuned for small screens.

Show different banners on each device

This is the classic pattern:

1. Add two Banner sections.
2. On the first, set Visibility to Hide on mobile and design for desktop.
3. On the second, set Visibility to Hide on desktop and design for mobile.

Other settings

Visibility works on blocks too — handy inside Multicolumn or Page content when one tile should only appear on a certain device. It does not replace responsive layout options; pair it with Layout settings when you also need different column counts or a slider on mobile.
