Add a standalone full-width or contained image with optional link, caption, and overlay.

The Image section is for one hero image — no text column beside it. Upload your image, set its proportions, and optionally link it somewhere.

Set the image

Under Image settings:

Image — the file to display.
Section height — Default (aspect ratio controls size) or Fixed (percentage of the viewport).
Aspect ratio and Aspect ratio (mobile) — adapt to image, or pick landscape, square, portrait, and more. See Section height.
Max image width — leave at 0 for full width within the section; raise it to constrain a smaller image.
Link — wrap the image in a URL.

Caption settings — short text on the image with adjustable Text size.

Overlay settings — Overlay color or Overlay gradient behind the caption for readability on busy photos.

When Max image width is set, Alignment controls where the image sits horizontally on desktop and mobile.

Turn on Show header for a separate title area above the image.

Color scheme, Padding settings, Visibility settings, and Width settings — set Content width to No max for edge-to-edge images.
